How billing works.
Will I pay the price shown here?
Yes. These are our standard prices. Some tourism offices arrange a partner rate for the businesses in their area; if yours has, your signup page shows that price, and you always see exactly what you’ll pay before you sign.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe, when you sign up. Your receipts and payment method are always on your Billing page.
Is there a minimum term?
Monthly plans have a 6-month minimum; if you cancel inside it, the rest of the minimum is still due. After that, your plan continues month to month and you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of that billing month. Annual plans run 12 months and are paid up front. The full terms are in the service agreement, which you read and sign before paying.
Who pays for ads?
On Full Stack, we manage your paid ads, and the ad spend itself is charged to your own card on your own ad account. We never mark it up.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Message your operator from your account and we’ll talk it through.
