How we use AI, and what we never do

A plain-language explanation of where AI helps with your marketing, and the lines we never cross.

This disclosure is part of your Master Services Agreement (section 5).

How AI is involved

We use AI tools to write the first draft of your content, such as blog posts, social posts, newsletters and business listing updates. Every draft is based on the real facts of your business that you give us at intake and in your monthly update.

A named person on our team reviews and edits everything before it publishes. A machine never publishes on its own.

What we never do

Never invent facts about your business: no made-up menu items, hours, prices, awards or amenities.
Never fabricate a customer quote, review, testimonial or story.
Never write as a real person, or use their name or likeness, without their approval.
Never use AI images of your actual business. Your property, food, rooms, products and people are only shown in real photos. AI imagery is limited to abstract or background visuals.

Always handled by a person

These are always written and approved by a person:

Anything about safety, allergens, or medical or legal claims
Every reply to a 1–2 star review
Paid-ad creative and website copy, which you also approve

Labeling

We don't add AI labels to your published content beyond the ones platforms apply automatically. This disclosure is our full, written explanation to you.
